What Does This Tell You About Nigerians?

According to this picture from Getty Image,  below is what Lagos looked like back in the 60's. What this tells me is that we can get things right if and when we want to. I wrote this post in January about how we seem to abhor queues in Africa.

Well I guess this picture now proves to me that indeed we can do things the right way regardless of the loonies on the modern streets.
